This 25 patient bed acute care hospital is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse to assist in daily operations over multiple operating rooms and work alongside the 10+ full time employees throughout the perioperative department. In this role, the Operating Room Registered Nurse will report to the Surgical Services Nurse Manager and be supported by a talented staff consisting of CNORs, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Clinical Coordinators, OR Nurses, Anesthesiologists, Techs, and other healthcare personnel.

The Operating Room Registered Nurse will experience growth and success in this role if enhancing patient satisfaction and upholding quality standards are goals that are kept at the forefront. The application of a strong skillset, including educating patients about their injuries/illnesses, supporting the medical treatment plan, staying up-to-date with the best evidence-based practices, and being an active leader within the hospital will be functions of the Operating Room Registered Nurse.
