Nurse Manager Women and Children's Services - Full-time / Part-time

A leading acute care hospital located in southern New Hampshire is now seeking an experienced Nurse Manager Women and Children’s Services to join their award-winning healthcare organization.

This full-service acute care hospital is home to more than 150 licensed beds and provides a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient services including emergency and critical care, cardiovascular, surgical services, women's health, and much more. The Nurse Manager Women and Children’s Services will manage the daily clinical and administrative operations of the department, including 4 labor rooms, one OB OR, and a separate postpartum unit. The Nurse Manager serves as a clinical expert and department resource, collaborates with hospital leadership and physician providers, leads recruitment and professional development activities for the department, maintains compliance with all regulatory standards, and has oversight of department fiscal budgets. The Nurse Manager will also represent the Women and Children’s department in a number of organization committees and meetings.

Requirements Include:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse RN in the state of New Hampshire
• Progressive leadership experience in nursing
• Expert knowledge of labor and delivery and women’s health nursing
