The Nurse Supervisor Medical Surgical (PM) will work the night shift managing the medical surgical unit, reporting to the house supervisor. Responsibilities of the Nurse Supervisor Medical Surgical (PM) will include overseeing department operational workflow, scheduling, mentoring new-hires, and assisting with direct patient care as needed. The Nurse Supervisor Medical Surgical (PM) will cross collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care treatment plans, and manage a team of specialized RNs, LPNs, technicians, and ancillary staff.
