Women’s and Children’s Clinic Nurse Supervisor - Full-time / Part-time

The Women’s and Children’s Clinic Nurse Supervisor will join a community hospital that has spent over 100 years dedicated to providing optimal healthcare to its patients. The Women’s and Children’s Clinic Nurse Supervisor will report to the Clinic Manager. The Supervisor will supervise all nurses and medical assistants while planning, developing, and organizing various nursing service functions within the clinic. They will also have the opportunity to act as a resource and coach to all clinical staff to provide ongoing support for professional development, maintenance of the standards of care, and quality outcomes. The Supervisor will also oversee administrative duties such as hiring, training, and orienting new and existing staff.
