Critical Care Charge Nurse - Full-time

A great acute care hospital system in stunning Coastal Virginia is looking for a Critical Care Charge Nurse to lead a fantastic ICU unit. The ICU Charge Nurse will have 1-2 years of ICU nursing experience and a BSN to be considered for this role. The Charge Nurse ICU will serve as a role model and resource to all RN’s on the unit during shifts. The Charge RN ICU will also assist with shift scheduling, staff evaluations, and will care for patients as needed during shifts.

The RN Charge Critical Care will report to the Nurse Manager ICU and will collaborate with unit leadership and physicians. This role is a full time, day shift position with three, 12 hour shifts per week. This position does not require previous leadership experience so it is a great opportunity for a ICU Registered Nurse to begin their nursing leadership journey!
