As the Director of Cardiovascular Services, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering quality patient care in various areas, including the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Electrophysiology Lab, Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit (CPCU), Non-Invasive Cardiology, and Cardiac Rehabilitation services. Your responsibilities will encompass planning and administration, budgeting, policy and procedure development, fostering collaborative relationships with other departments, and providing leadership and guidance to the nursing and clinical teams. With a relentless focus on patient care outcomes and performance improvement, you will drive positive change and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or Health Management Field
  • Current New York State License as a Registered Professional Nurse
  • Approximately five to seven years of progressive responsibility in Cardiology with a strong background in policies, procedures, and organizational management
