As the Nurse Manager of our Emergency Department, you will champion excellence while embarking on a journey of professional growth and personal fulfillment. With the guidance of the Executive Director, you will provide visionary leadership for the clinical nursing practice across all age groups within the Emergency Department. You will oversee a team of dedicated professionals, 80+ FTE’s,  guiding them to provide top-tier care in a highly standardized and non complex environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, MSN preferred 
• Current RN License in the state of Massachusetts
• A minimum of five (5) years related work experience, and three (3) years supervisory experience within an emergency department. Will accept experience as Lead/Charge RN.
