The Long-Term Acute Care Nurse will provide direct patient care while working as a team with fellow department RNs, CNAs, and Techs. The Long-Term Acute Care Nurse will assess patients, plan care, and implement and evaluate the care plan in accordance with hospital nursing protocols and standards of care.
