The Assistant Nurse Director will join forces with a team of elite health care professionals that take pride in the hospital’s positive reputation among patients, the community, and the health care industry. Reporting to the Nurse Director, the SNF Nurse Leader will oversee daily operations, compliance, quality assurance, and continuous education. The Assistant Nurse Director over the Skilled Nursing Facility will also be in charge of staffing, scheduling, and disciplinary actions. The ideal candidate will have experience in a management role within a skilled nursing facility.
