An established acute-care hospital located in southern Massachusetts is currently searching for an experienced Critical Care Nurse Educator to join their award-winning healthcare team.

The Nurse Educator will join an advanced nursing education team that collaborates on all system education initiatives. The Critical Care Nurse Educator will oversee the educational activities for the Intensive Care and Intermediate Care units. The Nurse Educator is expected to serves as a subject matter expert and will provide training to all nurses within the designated departments. The Nurse Educator will utilize evidence-based practices and will emphasize the highest quality of patient-centered care.
The Nurse Educator will report to the Director of the Center of Learning and Organizational Development and will also collaborate with the Director of Inpatient Services to outline unit specific goals and objectives. The Nurse Educator must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of nursing, Master’s degree is preferred. At least 3-5 years of prior critical care educator or training experience is required.
