RN Director Emergency Department

A community medical center in Arizona urgently seeks a RN Director Emergency Department to join their executive nursing leadership team!

Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the RN Director Emergency Department will oversee a busy 15-bed Emergency Room. The RN Director Emergency Department will be well-supported by a Nurse Manager Emergency Room and several ER Charge Nurses.

The RN Director Emergency Department will be responsible for strategic planning, budget management, program development, policies and procedures implementation, performance improvement and compliance. The RN Director Emergency Department will collaborate with other Nursing Directors, Ancillary Directors, Nursing Administration and Physicians in A variety of committees within the hospital.
