Nurse Manager Outpatient Care

An award-winning critical access hospital located in southern New Hampshire is currently searching for an experienced Nurse Manager Outpatient Care to join their dynamic healthcare team.

This regional leading healthcare organization offers a wide range of clinical services including medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetrics, pediatrics, emergency care, mental health, and primary care services. This facility opened its doors just over 100 years ago and has since proved a timeless commitment to improving the health and well-being of the surrounding communities. The Nurse Manager Outpatient Care will join an established organization that combines a network of highly experienced Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and various experienced healthcare providers.

Reporting to the CNO and Director of Physician Services, the Nurse Manager Outpatient Care will lead the daily operations of the primary care outpatient clinic. The Nurse Manager Outpatient Care is responsible for the health group's fiscal operations, personnel management, employee evaluations, hiring and onboarding of new staff, monitors performance of care, and ensures regulatory compliance.   

Requirements Include:

• Registered Nurse RN license in the state of New Hampshire or ability to obtain
• Knowledge of medical practice management in primary care setting
• Ability to work independently
