Reporting to the Director of Oncology, the Inpatient Medical Oncology Charge Nurse will be responsible for assisting in the leadership, coordination, and supervision of the Oncology unit. Primary duties include functional responsibility for daily operations. The Charge Nurse will coordinate the activities of the nursing staff and ancillary staff. They will uphold standards set forth by the hospital and departments. The supervisor will plan, direct and evaluate total nursing care.
