ICU Staff RN

A reputable healthcare organization in Central Texas is actively seeking experienced Critical Care Nurses to join their team!

Located in the beautiful Texas hill country, this hospital offers a range of medical services to patients in the surrounding communities, including: advanced cardiac cath lab services, 24-hour emergency care, radiology and diagnostic imaging services, inpatient intensive care and medical surgical care, inpatient and outpatient surgical services, physical and occupational therapy, women’s health services, and more. This growing healthcare facility has been newly renovated and refurbished, and houses 100+ inpatient beds. The Intensive Care Unit Nurse will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of all assigned ICU patients. Specific duties include:

• Advanced monitoring and care of low acuity to high acuity patients
• Caring for patients with arterial lines, critical IV drips, central lines, and ventilation support
• Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high quality patient care outcomes
• Serving as liaison between patients, ICU physicians and advanced practitioners, and patient families to provide optimal patient care and effective communication
• Functioning independently and autonomously, working under minimal supervision from Charge Nurse, Nurse Manager, House Supervisor, and Nurse Director Inpatient Services

The ICU Staff RN will be offered a competitive compensation, generous $15,000 sign-on bonus, and full suite of benefits. Both day shifts and night shifts are available!
