A leading acute care hospital located in western Massachusetts is now searching for an experienced Neurology Nurse Supervisor to join their award-winning healthcare team.

This 300-bed acute care hospital is fully accredited by the Joint Commission and is proudly recognized as a top teaching hospital for the past several years. This location offers a variety of comprehensive services including cardiovascular services, cancer care, general surgery, behavioral health, women’s and children's services, imaging and laboratory services, rehabilitative services, and much more.

The Nurse Supervisor will join an award winning neuroscience department that combines a network of expert providers to diagnose and treat pain or other neurological conditions. This department specializes in treatments for multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, dementia, strokes, Parkinson’s disease, chronic headache or migraines, and chronic pain. The Nurse Supervisor operates as a clinical lead within the department, assists with staff scheduling and professional development, leads quality improvement projects, and ensures high quality patient care. The Nurse Supervisor is considered an active member of the practice management team.

Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing BSN
  • Registered Nurse RN license in the state of Massachusetts or ability to obtain
  • Prior supervisory experience in an ambulatory care setting
