Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team! As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop short and long-term goals for the restaurant
Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED
Previous restaurant management experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
Excellent management and leadership skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
