Commercial Janitorial Staff Member

We are seeking a Commercial Janitorial Staff Member to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment in the customers businesses. This position is a part time that will supplement your current income.

Responsibilities:

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition according to the scope of work
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs
• Perform routine maintenance tasks ( Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping )
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have clean background check
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong work ethic
• Must have pleasant attitude
• Must have great communication skills
