Responsibilities:

As part of the CSG team, you will create structural designs, and perform analysis and calculations for unique and complex structural solutions for commercial, industrial, entertainment, casino, high-rise hospitality, stadiums, and public building projects. This will require a strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology, team building, and client relationship building.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering of Civil Engineering with Structural emphasis. Master’s Degree a plus.
• Professional Engineering registration (P.E.). Structural Engineer (S.E.) license a plus.
• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in structural design.
• Expert in structural finite element analysis software (ETABS, RISA, MATHCAD, etc).
• Knowledge of building codes and standards (IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC, etc.).
• Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam.
• Experience with BIM, Revit, and 3D modeling. SDS/2 and Tekla Structures are a plus.
• Experience leading project teams as the project manager and mentoring junior staff.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and to win work.
• Self-motivated, initiator; demonstrated through professional society involvements or related activities.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• No contract work, overseas, or outsourcing.
• Must be in or willing to relocate to the Las Vegas area.
