Dental Treatment Coordinator

Seeking Dental Treatment Coordinator

(2 positions available, one for each location)

Job responsibilities include:

• Treatment plan presentation that results in patient scheduling
• Efficient and productive patient appointment scheduling
• Professional and quick response/follow up to incoming patient inquiries
• Knowledge of dental insurance benefits w/ability to apply dental insurance provisions and limitations
• Determine what patients co-insurance amounts are and successfully collect/post payments
• Assist with patient intake and dismissal (check-in/check-out)

Requirements include:

• Excellent communication skills
• A friendly, warm and energetic attitude – contributing to an exceptional patient experience is one of the most important aspects of this job
• Focus on a positive patient experience, scheduling of diagnosed treatment, and collections from patients at date of service
• Available, reliable and present during work hours of Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Comfort with computers to effectively learn to use medical office software (Dentrix), an understanding of effective scheduling to balance a doctor's ability with production, and an understanding of how to read a patient's ledger
• A supportive and encouraging team-member with a positive attitude, ambition and hustle
• Able to prioritize, multi-task, and adapt quickly to changes are essential for success at this position
• Organized and strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on experience
