HVAC Maintenance, Service, Residential and Commercial Installers

We are expanding in all positions in HVAC Maintenance, Service, Residential And Commercial Installers. We would love you to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.

Install Responsibilities:

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Install HVAC equipment according to precise manufacturer specifications
• Adhere to service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements
• Support team members to ensure the timely completion of tasks as directed by management
• Foster positive relationships with superiors and co-workers, promoting a collaborative work environment
• Maintain accurate and complete paperwork for each job

Maintenance and Service Responsibilities:

• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and part replacements
• Respond to emergency maintenance and service requests
• Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems with precision
• Skillfully troubleshoot defective HVAC systems and equipment
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance
• Expertly fix, replace, and adjust vents and ductwork
• Adhere to service standards, work instructions, and customers’ specific requirements
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
