As a Wash Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of a wide range of surfaces, from semi trucks and heavy equipment to houses and commercial properties. Your work will contribute directly to enhancing the visual appeal and longevity of various surfaces, ensuring our clients' satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough exterior cleaning using pressure washing equipment on diverse surfaces, including semi trucks, heavy equipment, houses, and commercial properties.
• Diligently follow established cleaning processes and protocols to achieve high-quality results and maintain safety standards.
• Effectively manage the equipment and tools required for pressure washing tasks, ensuring their proper maintenance and care.
• Collaborate with team members to schedule and organize daily cleaning assignments, optimizing efficiency and customer service.
• Communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Identify areas that require special attention, such as stubborn stains or delicate surfaces, and adjust cleaning methods accordingly.
• Adhere to environmental regulations and company policies regarding water usage, waste disposal, and chemical handling.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning and storing equipment properly after each use.
• Provide exceptional customer service, consistently striving to exceed client expectations and leave a positive impression.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in pressure washing, exterior cleaning, or related fields is a plus.
