CREW LEADER

We are looking for Electricians that can manage a small crew up to 3 or 5 helpers.

We work in the Knoxville and surrounding areas.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick up materials and prints from warehouse each day for jobs
• Oversee crew and communicate with Supervisor about job progress
• Communicates and ensures team members are on the job site
• Leading and developing helpers
• Coach and give directions to the Crew Members

Job Qualifications:

• CREW LEAD Electrician must have minimum 6 years experience
• Must be able to work with little to no supervision
• Having a great attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to job locations
• We work in all types of weather
• MUST HAVE TOOLS REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB
