Full Time On-Call Front Desk Concierge

Compass Concierge is now looking for On-Call Concierge to work full-time hours! Our ideal candidate must be dependable, customer service oriented, have open availability to work a flexible work schedule at various locations and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities For Concierge include (but not limited to) :

• Answer phone and email inquiries in a timely and respectful manner
• Greet residents and visitors warmly and make them feel welcomed.
• Receive, log in, distribute, and inventory mail, packages, dry cleaning, etc.
• Anticipating residents needs to accommodate them and provide an exceptional experience.
• Provide administrative support to property management/leasing team.
• Ensure that the lobby is always clean and tidy.

The Ideal Candidate

• Must commit to being available on set days and time.
• Has more than 5 years of experience in customer service
• Able to work a flexible work schedule with open availability.
• Knowledge of basic office equipment
• Possess a positive attitude and willing to work as part of a team.
• Work well independently

Work Schedule:

• 12-hour shift
• 8- hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Overnight shift
• Holidays
• Weekend and weekday availability
