Electrical Supervisor - Now Hiring

Supervise, guide, and manage the work of sub-contractors, vendors and suppliers; Provide expert and accurate cost estimate for projects of varying sizes from small to large scale; Place orders for needed parts for projects; Consulting with builders, architects, and other workers on-site; Ability to assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures; Read and interpret blueprints; Ability to install, test and troubleshoot electronic smart home devices; Assign work to electrical staff; Inspect and assess the work done by the electrical staff and ensure work is completed on schedule and to code; Ensure completion of projects within established budget, time and quality standards, and customer satisfaction; Ability to diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem; Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards and defects; Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on job specifications and local codes; Troubleshoot major system failures and equipment malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units.

The qualified candidate should have at the minimum a High school diploma (or foreign equivalent) + 5 yrs’ experience or

Bachelor’s in electrical engineering +1 year of experience as an electrical supervisor or related field.

The position is permanent and is offered at $88,317.00 per year
