Product Implementation Engineer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide implementation, design, and usage support including best practices for complex customer implementations from pre-sales scoping to go-live.
• Provide guidance, technical expertise, coaching, and support in the use and implementation of Integral Analytics' flagship software, LoadSEER for clients throughout their implementation lifecycle.
• Provide prioritized feedback to Product teams about the feature and functionality enhancement needs as well as feedback on the effectiveness of customer facing documentation.
• Provide prioritized feedback to Client Services team about documentation and support interface enhancement needs.
• Share customer and internal pain-points with the Product, Client Services, and Data Engineering teams.
• Analyze customer data to determine how to best integrate it for use in Integral Analytics' software offerings.
• Develop Back Office tooling to improve the organization's ability to implement software solutions faster and more reliably, enable support users to better serve existing clients and improve on client data streams.
• Actively engage with cross-functional teams, including Technical Support (TAC), Network Operations (NOC), Engineering, Customer Account Management, and Product Management. Collaboratively resolve customer issues and analyze root causes, promoting a holistic approach to problem solving.
• Work closely with the engineering and sales team to reach a client's desired business outcomes and advise on scalable product enhancements.
• Train and mentor the Client Services team members on LoadSEER'S capabilities and work with Support Lead to create a hand-off process to support post-implementation inquiries.
• Provide technical mentorship to other team members in proper software design and data practices.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT) or equivalent technical work experience.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge and experience in utility grid, energy, efficiency, carbon reduction, and/or grid electrification highly desired.
• Experience in software development and concepts, including debugging (e.g. SQL, Python, graph databases, C#)
• Experience integrating system and data streams from disparate systems.
• Experience supporting enterprise software.
• Experience supporting products that rely on APIs and Web Services.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, non-verbal & written)
• Outstanding customer service skills.
