Residential Remodeling/Maintenance

Seeking highly motivated professional Contractors with skills in multiple trades. We do remodeling, home improvement, and preventative maintenance work for homeowners across the Pittsburgh Metro Area.

We have tons of work to keep you busy year-round, and offer between $25 and $32 per hour to start, depending on experience.

For the higher end of the pay range, you'll need to be able to manage multiple jobs start to finish as well as crews.

Requirements

We are looking for contractors with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical.

Specific qualifications for the role include:

• 4+ years of experience as a Carpenter / Contractor
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing
• Own reliable vehicle (Truck, Van, or Large SUV)
• Interested in a full time, W2 position (this is not a subcontractor role)
• Outgoing friendly personality, professional presentation and appearance.
• Own standard set of tools
