Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate – Perris

Work hours are Monday – Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm

Duties:

• Participate in scheduling of daily transportation
• Process all receiving transactions and paperwork
• Pack and label product based on established standards
• Audit each shipment prior to packing to ensure that goods match order
• Assist in maintaining safety and housekeeping standards in shipping area
• Ensure that proper manuals and accessories are shipped with correct order
• Prepare shipping and receiving documentation; maintain orderly files for all documentation
• Process all in- and outbound shipments including but not limited to sorting, logging, delivering, packing, and shipping
• Perform required administrative tasks; prepares all required reports and correspondence

Qualifications:

• Acute attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Fork lift certification preferred
• UPS WorldShip and Federal Express knowledge a must
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Commitment to excellence and high standards
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong computer skills with above average Microsoft Office experience
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

Requirements:

• Must have the legal right to work in the U.S.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years recent warehouse experience
• Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for 8 hrs
