Landscape Foreman and Crew Positions Available

Positions Available:

1. Landscape Foremen
2. Landscape Crew Members

Landscape Foreman Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate a team of Landscape Crew Members.
• Understand, interpret, and implement landscape designs as per the plans.
• Provide hands-on assistance and guidance in the proper installation of plants, sod, hardscapes, and other landscape features.
• Ensure that the crew operates in a safe and efficient manner, complying with all company policies and safety protocols.
• Maintain open and professional communication with clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
• Complete paperwork and reports in a timely and organized fashion.

Landscape Foreman Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role in the landscape industry.
• Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in reading landscape plans and ensuring proper landscape installation techniques.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work in outdoor environments.

Landscape Crew Member Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Landscape Foreman in installing and maintaining landscapes.
• Follow instructions and guidance to execute landscaping plans.
• Operate landscape tools and machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Landscape Crew Member Requirements:

• Previous experience in landscaping is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work in outdoor environments.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
