Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist

Seeking ​an Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist to join our growing company! You will be responsible for receiving invoices from our vendors, collections, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets, and information as needed. 
• Compute and record numerical data.
• Communicate with customers to request payment and address all collection discrepancies.  
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Set up and maintain client accounts based on payment or contact information. 
• Check the accuracy of business invoices and keep track of rebates from vendors. 
• Perform data entry and administrative duties.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other comparable accounting software.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
