Dealership Greeter: Part Time Weekend Only

Come join the JAX REAL customer experience team as a Part Time Greeter at Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Westside! We are looking for outgoing, personable applicants with a positive, ambitious personality. He or she sets the tone for our busy dealership by being the welcoming first impression for our guests. The Greeter greets everyone coming through our front doors with a smile and helpful attitude, and supports team members in their roles within the dealership but MOST importantly, they are someone who is focused on providing customers with a world class customer experience.

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!! If you are willing to learn, we have the tools to train and teach you and we promote from within. This is an entry level position with room to grow with a company that will invest in you. A job in the dealership industry means you will never be bored!

Candidates MUST be at least 18 years of age, able to pass a pre employment drug screen, credit and background check and must have valid ID.

• AVAILABLE SHIFT: Saturday and Sunday 10am-7pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet all customers in a warm, sincere and helpful manner
• Verify or input customer information in to CRM for Sales
• Answer and direct calls/take messages to appropriate person or department on a multi-line phone system
• Assemble deal jacket paperwork for sales professionals
• Coordinate questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel/manager
• Adhering to scheduled work times with minimal unscheduled absence or tardiness
• Be open to additional training and job responsibilities as needed
