Job Description
Seeking DIRECT SUPPORT STAFF to provide care to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes & in the community. Ideal candidates will be passionate about ensuring that individuals served are provided with every opportunity to live a meaningful life, promote independence, problem solve, and provide consistent learning opportunities.
Training is provided. Work hours are twelve (12) hour shifts assigned by the designated supervisor but are flexible to meet the needs of the individuals served. Must have a HS diploma or GED, pass all background checks, valid driver's license, social security card & reliable transportation.
