Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are looking for a friendly/motivated team-player to join our busy Dermatology practice. The candidate should enjoy working directly with patients/co-workers and be able to multi-task.
Front Office duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering Multi-Line Telephone System
- Checking patients in/out
- Opening and closing batches/balancing money
- Collecting and understanding co-pays, deductibles and insurance network requirements
- Scheduling appointments
- Insurance verification
- Knowledge of insurance billing, CPT and ICD codes
- Medical Office Experience required - Dermatology and EMA experience a plus!
- This position may require travel between our other locations
- This position will require occasional half days on Saturday at our McKinney location
