Job Description

We are seeking a Medical Assistant or LPN to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Handle administrative duties in a timely manner
Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
Prior authorizations for procedures, medications, DME
Escort patients to exam rooms
Assist Provider with room set-ups & procedures
Collect various samples for labs, to include blood collection (venipuncture)

Qualifications:

Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
Familiarity with medical ICD 10 coding
Strong organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Phlebotomy experience
Experience coordinating/communicating with outsourced labs.
Strong geriatric care background preferred.
