Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking ENERGETIC, clear English and Spanish speakers reliable professionals to join our team as Front Desk Associate. The successful candidates will be responsible for checking patients in and out, answering incoming calls, confirming appointments, and helping with general office duties when time permits. Our Front Desk Associate are often the first point of contact for patients, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to patient satisfaction and the ability to make quick and accurate decisions. Training is provided.

• Must be available to work some Saturdays
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• High level of professionalism
• Answer incoming phone calls and take appropriate action for each call

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
