Experienced Public Accounting Auditor

Armstrong, Vaughan & Associates, P.C. is a north east San Antonio accounting firm looking for people to join our audit team. We currently have 31 employees and the majority of our business is financial audits of nonprofits, governments and homeowners associations. Clients range from small, one-person engagements to counties with a five person team. The position is focused on debits and credits with heavy involvement in the preparation of annual financial reports. The successful candidate would have the following:

• At least two years experience at a public accounting firm
• Preference will be given to CPAs (or CPA eligible candidates)
• Command of debits and credits and financial statement preparation
• Self-motivated with strong time management
• Experience with Prosystem Engagement and Government financial reporting a plus

Management positions are available for those with more public accounting experience.
