General Summary of Position:

Technical Architect to join our growing Salesforce practice. The Technical Architect is responsible for designing and managing the delivery of cloud technology solutions on the platform. These technologies include Salesforce and APIs, Apex/Visualforce, mobile development technologies, and ETL technologies. An Ideal candidate will serve as Technical expert on projects focused on Salesforce - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communications Cloud and the Force.com platform.

And be trusted to own and deliver complex solutions supporting different initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• This is a hands-on role that requires significant technical experience with the following Salesforce clouds (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communications Cloud) and related technologies.
• Expert in developing custom solutions on the force.com platform leveraging Lightning, Apex, Visual Force, Integrations and out of box salesforce tools.
• Direct involvement and/or oversight of developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration and testing.
• Providing technical expertise in the planning, analysis, implementation, and delivery of innovative solutions around Salesforce and other cloud platforms
• Leads technical strategy and design workshops to direct strategy and solution vision
• Administering complex configuration, integration, and maintenance of Salesforce
• Drive innovation in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Own the architecture of the end-to-end solution.
• Developing an understanding of strategic business needs and provides insight and recommendations to program leadership for technological solutions to meet business objectives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 10+ years in Salesforce development with strong understanding of the Salesforce Security model with hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration / customization using Apex , Visualforce , Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, AURA and Lighting Web Components (LWC) .
• 7+ years of experience in a hands-on technical leadership position designing, developing, and administrating Salesforce Platform.
• Master-level presentation skills for sharing concepts internally and externally
• Experience implementing multiple Salesforce Project deployments including release and environment management
• Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
