RV Dealership Controller

Responsible for accounting and control functions; prepares interim and annual financial statements with supporting schedules and analysis for the guidance of management. Responsible for the Company's accounting practices, procedures and principles, maintenance of its fiscal records and the preparation of financial reports. The position involves supervision over general accounting, internal auditing and budgetary controls; reports directly to the Owner.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

Hire, train and supervise accounting personnel.

Responsible for all activities related to accounts payables, accounts receivables, general ledger, fixed assets accounting, daily operating control, financial statements preparation, payroll administration, bank reconciliations, assist with insurance administration.

Monthly responsibilities:

Financial statement preparation, budget comparisons and analysis, external filings and reports.

Annual responsibilities:

Assist with budget preparation and coordination with independent accountant for tax return preparation.

Assist Owner with other task as requested.

Base salary plus benefits including paid vacation, paid sick leave, health insurance.
