Job Description

We are seeking a NV Broker Of Record For Established Vacation Rental Management Company to join our growing team! You will oversee all long term rental agreements.

Responsibilities:

  • Review monthly trust balances and sign checks to pay clients
  • Review and sign all long term rental management agreements with clients
  • Act as the broker of record for our NV real estate agents and vacation rentals
  • We manage rentals and are not presently involved in the real estate sales process
  • Opportunity to become full time as the Market Manager

Qualifications:

  • Nevada Real Estate Broker
  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
