Construction - Skilled Carpenter - Full-time

Job Title: Carpenter (Drywall, Floor Installation, Trim Work, and Painting Experience)

Salary: $23-$28/hr (BOE)

Hours: M-F 7am-330pm

Job Description: As a Carpenter in our company, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry tasks, focusing on drywall installation, floor installation, trim work, and painting. Your exceptional skills and knowledge will play a pivotal role in contributing to the success of our projects. You will work closely with our construction team, collaborating on various residential and commercial projects to ensure timely and efficient completion.

Responsibilities:

• Perform drywall installation, finishing, and repairs with precision.
• Expertly handle floor installation, including hardwood, laminate, and tile.
• Conduct trim work, such as baseboards, crown molding, and door casings, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Carry out painting tasks, ensuring smooth finishes and excellent color matching.
• Utilize your 5+ years of on-site experience to troubleshoot and solve carpentry challenges efficiently.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, sketches, and construction plans accurately.
• Collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations on all job sites.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Carpenter on construction job sites.
• Demonstrated expertise in drywall installation, floor installation, trim work, and painting.
• Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to different project requirements.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform labor-intensive carpentry tasks.
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Provide own tools.
