Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care Opportunity

St. Peter's Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking a full-time Adult Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner to join St. Peter's Internal Medicine primary care office located in Albany, New York.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital affiliated practice support. With a long tradition of providing high-quality internal medicine to the Albany community, the providers at St. Peters Internal Medicine provide primary care in a patient-centered medical home setting. This practice is an NCQA Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH).

The ideal candidate will be patient centered and possess a strong commitment to providing high quality healthcare to communities we serve, inclusive of the underserved. Candidates will need to be ANCC certified and licensed to practice in New York.

Requirements for this opportunity:

• Board Certified
• NYS licensed
• Strong interest in the provision of primary care is required
• New grads are encouraged to apply
