Handyman or Handywoman

We are seeking a Handyman / Handywoman to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and structure of an establishment in repair.

Responsibilities:

• Repair major and minor issues with buildings
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
• Write Estimates
• Maintain a clean and a safe work space
• Perform other duties, as assigned

Experience in the following are a plus:

• Drywall
• Light plumbing
• Light electrical
• Painting
• Performing maintenance and light repairs
• Minor repairs/replacements on appliances
• Other miscellaneous maintenance work

Requirements

• valid driver’s license
• Must be willing to undergo background check.
• Must have an iPhone or Android cell phone
• Successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman; estimation skills and prior home inspection experience, strongly preferred
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing •
• Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades
• Own truck or van
• Residence within 35 miles of the city of Kennesaw, Acworth, Powder Springs, Atlanta
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation and invoicing skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
