The Benton Family Clinic, a Baptist Health affiliate, is seeking a family medicine physician to join an existing, well established practice. The practice currently has 4 physicians, 2 APRNs, and 1 Physician Assistant on the Provider team. The need to recruit is due to the impending departure of one of the physicians currently in the group at the end of December 2023. The new physician will have the opportunity to step into an already established and busy practice.

The new physician will generally practice in a traditional outpatient setting Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. There is limited phone call only. The clinic has a full lab and x-ray on site and is adjacent to the Benton Imaging Clinic.

The successful candidate will be offered a base salary through Arkansas Health Group, the physician employment vehicle for Baptist Health. There is also the opportunity to earn bonuses through collections and quality incentives. The competitive package will include malpractice, healthcare, CME, and retirement opportunities.

Benton is located in Saline County, just 25 minutes southwest of Little Rock.
