Ophthalmologist Opportunity on the East Coast

About the Opportunity:

As a non-profit, physician-led organization, we're seeking a compassionate and skilled Ophthalmologist to become an integral part of our healthcare family. You’ll benefit from a nurturing and synergetic work environment while delivering comprehensive medical and surgical eye care services. Our recent acquisition of a 5-clinic specialty eye care practice will allow you to advance your career with optimal access to resources. 

Schedule Details:

• The clinic operates Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• 2-2.5 clinical days and 2 surgical days weekly
• Rapidly ramp up in a high-volume practice within 4-6 months
• 1:11 call schedule, telephonic only

About the Practice:

• Benefit from newly implemented upgrades across all locations
• Access 2 Operating Rooms at every location
• Dedicated support staff includes ophthalmic and diagnostic technicians

Financials & Benefits:

• The 2-year guaranteed salary between $405,000-525,000, based on experience, with additional bonus earning potential
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance offered
