Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) - Hourly & Live in Positions

Full Job Description

We are currently hiring Companions and Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our growing team at Integral Care Home Care. We are seeking those CHHA and Companions who are passionate about providing care for clients in a one-on-one environment where you can focus on their individual wants and needs.

Integral Care is currently offering a "Sign on bonus" for New Applicants! (Will be reviewed)

• A current certification as a CHHA/HHA

• In the Process of getting your CHHA/HHA

Primary Duties as follows:

• Assist with Toileting and Personal hygiene

• Skin care to maintain the health of the skin

• Range of motion (ROM) exercises to maintain an optimal level of functioning

• Transfers and ambulation

• Going to medical appointments or assisting in the process

• Assisting, monitoring or prompting the client to complete the above items

• Redirection and intervention for behavior, including observation and monitoring

• Complete Daily Activity Report any changes to your supervisor to accurately record the care provided in the home.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to legally work in the USA

• Minimum one year work references and "Newly certified welcome"

• Current CHHA license listed in good standing with the New Jersey Board of Nursing

• Certified Nurse’s Aide, Certified Home Health Aide or Personal Care Assistant

• 2 Forms of ID –

• Physical – PPD or X-Ray/ MMR/ Covid Vaccination Card with Booster
