is northern Nevadas largest, locally owned, not-for-profit integrated health network.  Affiliated with the , the Renown Institute for Heart and Vascular Health offers opportunities in research, teaching, and other scholarly activities.  You can expect a highly supportive stable leadership team committed to providing resources to keep patients as the center focus of care.  Our nationally ranked cardiology program is Best in the State of Nevada for MI/CHF care.  We are seeking a BE/BC Invasive Cardiologist to join our Institute for Heart & Vascular Health and physician-led, dynamic medical group with 550 employed providers.  Based in Reno, Renown Health serves northern Nevada, Lake Tahoe and northeastern California and is the region's only Level II trauma center between Sacramento, CA and Salt Lake City, UT, serving a population of over 1 million patients.

Position Details: 

• Pulmonary Hypertension experience or fellowship required.  
• Position includes dedicated administrative time to allow for coordination with cardiologists, pulmonologist, administration, and pharmacy teams to develop comprehensive pulmonary hypertension program 
• Wide range of academic opportunities - professorships, education leadership, and research funding support 

• The fully integrated Cardiovascular Service Line includes nineteen (19) physicians, including 5 interventionalists, three (3) Electrophysiologists, and thirteen (13) Advanced Practitioners 
• 9-weeks leave (all-inclusive) 
• Q1:13 call schedule plus additional post-call days off.
