Juice Barista (Juice Bar Team Member)

Our team members are responsible for delivering a high level of customer service and teamwork. They are the Cherry Pickin’ All-Star. It is up to the team to demonstrate what our company is about, delivering exceptional service and product.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Arrive on time, appropriately dressed, and prepared to begin your shift.
• Juice prep, bulk juicing, and cleaning.
• Train on every station to achieve recipe and operational mastery.
• Ensure the highest levels of Safety, Cleanliness, Quality, and Speed, while simultaneously upholding Juice Bar standards of hospitality in all interactions.
• Maintain the facility and all equipment to the highest standards – ensuring Operational Excellence, Safety, and Cleanliness.
• Follow cash handling, point of sale (POS) and product procedures
• Customer service is our priority, follow employee guidelines in terms of greeting, interacting with customers and other employees.
• Take ownership of ones personal energy while at work.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience throughout our guest's visit
• Exceptional interpersonal skills - you are energized by working with people, both guests and your team
• Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
• An eye for detail - you know that the little things, be it cleanliness, or the extra touch can make all the difference

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous restaurant and/or hospitality experience.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
• Effective communication skills and a naturally upbeat attitude and high energy.
• Passion and strong emotional intelligence, especially in trying circumstances.
• Ability to multitask.
• High School Diploma required
