Teacher for the Visually Impaired

Job description

Birch Agency has an opening Teacher for the Visually Impaired need in Florence, South Carolina.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in early childhood education, elementary education, or special education from an accredited institution.
• Masters Degree.

Experience:

• Two (2) years of recent experience working with students who are visually impaired and/or blind.

Licensures and certifications:

• Holds an active TVI Certification from Academy for Certification of Vision Rehabilitation and Education Professionals (ACVREP)
• Certified Teacher for the Visually Impaired
• Valid Drivers' License
