Job Type:         Full time 35-40 hours per week or Part Time <35 hours per week

Full Job Description

Positive energetic individual who can multitask, provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced work environment.

You would learn how to mix dough and frostings, operate ovens, dress cookies, finish and box cookies, assist customers with placing orders and purchasing gift cards following Crumbl store standards and quality requirements.

All crew members are responsible for store cleanliness sweeping, mopping and wiping down of counters and equipment. You may be required to assist in washing mixing equipment and tools to support baking functions.

Restocking of boxes and general supplies, removal of waste

Crew members assist customers with order requests, in-store sales and pick-ups for curbside delivery.

Crew members work within a team environment reporting to Shift Leads or Managers.

Crew Member Responsibilities

• Support positive work environment.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Mix dough, toppings and frosting, ball and pan cookies, bake, dress cookies and box.
• Support a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
• Ensure that breaks and lunches are taken based on state labor laws.
• Meet deadlines.
• Maintain excellent customer service.
• Follow documented Crumbl processes and procedures.
• Maintain training to ensure cookies are produced according to Crumbl standards, safety processes, quality and cleanliness guidelines.
• Complete all other duties as assigned to support business functions.

Crew Member Requirements

• Good communication skills with a passion for excellence
• Ability to maintain composure under fast paced stressful situations.
• Previous food service and sales experience (preferred)
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic
• Team player
• Computer literacy
• Ability to lift to 35 lbs.
• Basic math skills, specifically knowledge of fractions in order to measure and weigh ingredients to mix recipes.
• Ability to work on your feet for the duration of your shift.

Physical Setting:

• Bakery
• Our cookies are made onsite and products may contain allergens including peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, soy, and sesame.

Schedule:

• 4-8 hour shifts
• Monday to Saturday
• Evening availability
• Holidays

• Berkeley, CA employees will receive 1 hour of sick leave per every 30 hours worked up to 72 hours cap can be used starting on the 90th day of employment.
