What we need!
We are in need of Telephone Sales Representatives – No Experience Necessary!!!
Essential Duties:
- Make outbound sales calls to customers while offering great products and customer service (making at least 50 calls per day).
- Solutions-based selling, detailing products, determine customer needs and requirements, and make recommendations to both prospects and customers of the various solutions
- Work in conjunction with the sales management team providing proposals and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales growth
- Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and General Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to comfortably and professionally read out loud
- Results-oriented, driven self-starter
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Microsoft Office experience preferred
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
- Must be teachable and coachable
