Emergency Medicine - Merrill, Wisconsin

Aspirus Health is seeking an Emergency Medicine physician to join our team in Merrill, Wisconsin.  This position will allow you the opportunity to use the full scope of your training in a rural community hospital  

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

• Full-time position
• No Call
• 12, 12-hour shifts per month, 7am-7pm/7pm-7am
• Annual visits 12,000
• Nurse triage to direct patients to Emergency Department or Urgent Care

• Aspirus Merrill Hospital, a level IV trauma center, is a part of the larger Aspirus Health system of 17 hospitals and 75 clinics located in Central Wisconsin and Upper Michigan
• Merrill, nicknamed the City of Parks, is a small community with amazing outdoor activities for every season including hiking, snowmobiling, hunting, and kayaking
• Merrill also has great community events to take part in, including farmers markets, ice cream socials, and concerts in the park

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Prefer BC/BE Emergency Medicine Residency trained or 3-5 years Emergency Medicine experience
